Visual artist Tuqa Al-Sarraj and theatre artists Grainnemir and Sorcha Fox present a collaborative performance event bringing together interactive performance and poetry. The event invites audiences to engage with memory, identity, and exile through dialogue, image, and voice.
Meet Me Under the Jasmine Tree is an interactive performance by Tuqa Al-Sarraj where conversation becomes the central medium, transforming audience exchange into live artistic material.
Also presented is Peat Show (2021), her multimedia work featuring the handmade “Box of the World,” using Irish peat pigment to reflect on material memory and screen culture.
Sorcha Fox and Grainnemir will perform “Khallass”. A series of poetry and theatre performances started in 2021 exploring exile, survival, and hope.
