This drum is a totally different experience of drumming, even those who don’t usually like drums have a positive response to Fuinneamh, it’s kind of like magic in a way.
This participative performance is all about connecting and having fun with a large dollop of free expression thrown in. There is a big bucket of sticks so anyone can grab a pair and join in. This drum is made to create community and bring all ages together. No experience needed. You can listen, touch or feel the beat with your body against the drum if you prefer, all abilities and neurotypes welcome. Ireland’s largest community drum is calling you to come and have fun. All you need is a heartbeat and a smile.
