Do you want to try juggling but don’t know how to start…come and give accessible juggling a go.
Accessible juggling, also known as Functional Juggling, is a method created by Craig Quat that makes juggling inclusive for everyone, regardless of physical or mental abilities. The pedagogy focuses on the core relationships of space, rhythm, and movement rather than complex tricks, using adapted tools like juggle boards for social connection, developing coordination, concentration and creativity. It redefines juggling as a universal practice, allowing people of all abilities and ages to participate and connect through shared movement and sensory experiences, including using everyday objects.
