Hoop Troupe Recruit invites participants to join a joyful hula-hooping explosion in the heart of Dublin. In this fun, inclusive 30-minute workshop, you’ll learn new hoop tricks, explore movement to music, and learn a playful group routine. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already love to hoop, this session is about participation, creativity, and shared energy. Suitable for ages 6 to 106, Hoop Troupe Recruit welcomes families, friends, and individuals of all abilities. Just bring yourself, all hoops and equipment are provided.
