We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join the team for St. Patrick's Festival 2026.

Contract Dates: November 2025 to 10th April 2026

Working Hours:

Pre-Christmas:
Part-time hours (to be agreed)
January to March:
Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday)*
March to April:
Part-time hours for report compiling
*also includes requirement to work throughout St. Patrick’s Festival weekend, March 14 – 17 2026.


Purpose of the job:

St. Patrick’s Festival are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Executive with a strong focus on digital and social to support the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing campaigns across the 2026 festival. This collaborative role, reporting to the Head of Marketing and working with the wider marketing & festival team, will assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy. The candidate will help to lead digital marketing activity to drive engagement, excitement, and participation — both locally and internationally - that generates excitement, awareness and anticipation for the 2026 festival while upholding the brand values and identity across all communications.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The function of the Senior Marketing Executive is to primarily assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy to drive awareness, engagement and attendance for the 2026 St. Patrick’s Festival.

Digital Strategy & Campaigns

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to increase awareness and audience engagement.
Plan and manage social media calendars, paid campaigns, and content strategies across all platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging digital-first content (video, stories, UGC, reels, etc.).
Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all touchpoints.

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement

Manage relationships with digital media partners, sponsors, and collaborators, ensuring deliverables are met.
Work with funders and key stakeholders to align marketing outputs with partnership objectives.

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance across all digital platforms, providing insights and recommendations to optimise reach and engagement.
Track KPIs, compile regular reports, and contribute to the overall marketing evaluation post-festival.

General Marketing Support

Support festival launches, PR moments, and programme announcements.
Collaborate with design and production teams on advertising, branding, and on-site marketing materials.
Play an active role during the live festival weekend, capturing content and supporting real-time communications. Working across the festival throughout March 14th, 15th, 16th & 17th.
Ad hoc day-to-day marketing duties.

Person Specification:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing or digital communications role, ideally in festivals, arts, culture, or entertainment.
Proven experience managing and growing social media communities and running paid digital campaigns.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Proficiency with social scheduling, analytics, and ad management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience working across all relevant marketing channels including (but not limited to) digital marketing, OOH, social media, print, broadcast.
A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on plan.
Experience in the festival / events industry would be a bonus but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a range of levels and teams.
