The Moth StorySLAM open-mic storytelling competition, founded and now held weekly in New York City - where ten people get the floor for five minutes starring…..you?

Presented by comedian and writer Colm O’Regan and featuring 10 names picked at random from “the hat”, join us for a night of spontaneous storytelling. If you’d like a chance to get on stage, prepare a 5 minute true, personal story based on the theme and sign up on the night. Ten names will be pulled from the hat and after each tale, audience judges will confer and score. The highest score becomes the StorySLAM winner and continues on to the Dublin GrandSLAM Championship. This month’s theme is “Only in Dublin”.
