The Irish Breakfast is a delectable exploration into the past, present and future of breakfast in Ireland through an afternoon of talks and tastings inside the beautiful Georgian rooms of No. 63 Merrion Square, home to The Royal Society of Antiquaries.
Birgitta Hedin-Curtin (The Burren Smokehouse) and Jack Crotty (The Rocketman/East) will talk about fish for breakfast; craft butcher Ed Hick will host a talk entitled The Proof Is In The Black Pudding; and Chef Clare Anne O’Keefe (The Science Gallery/Masterchef) along with social historians Sam McGrath and Ciaran Murray (Come Here To Me) will speak about the past, present and future of The Irish Breakfast.
