Ireland’s ancient sean-nós singing tradition will be presented in a way never quite experienced before, in an intimate performance which will be accompanied by live visual art and contemporary music. The evening will feature Eithne Ní Chatháin performing a variety of songs she has collected over the years from different parts of Ireland, while accomplished Irish musician Seán McErlaine will perform on wind instruments and electronics, and renowned Irish broadcaster Dónal Dineen with visuals, each responding live to Eithne’s mesmerising flowing singing style, to enhance the landscape and experience of each song. This is set to be a true feast for the senses, in the snug setting of The Little Museum of Dublin.
