SFI Discovery Village (Festival Village)

The Amgen Biotech Experience (ABE) Ireland programme is a science education initiative featuring a hands-on curriculum tailored to the Irish classroom. ABE provides the opportunity to explore the methods scientists use to create biotechnology medicines. We train teachers in the use of molecular biology equipment and enable them to engage students in science learning experiences in the classroom that promote knowledge, application and career prospects of biotechnology.
